Inspired by Carl Sagan's belief that "we make our world significant by the depths of our questions and the courage of our answers," we create space for leaders and organizations to ask new, scary, questions about what could be, and come up with the kind of brave answers that lead to someplace new. We believe that incredible things are possible when communities and organizations are willing to ask questions designed to challenge existing beliefs and given the space and support to imagine new ways of working together.
Our approach is person centered and collaborative - we believe our clients are the experts on their community, their needs, and their constituents. Our role is to create a space and a process for that expertise to develop into new thoughts, actions, and organizational behaviors. We use design thinking elements - empathy, curiosity, rapid-testing of ideas - combined with the kind of pragmatic organizational and policy knowledge required for successful implementation of your ideas.
